Our technical Centre is located in Verviers, in the heart of the production facility and it allows to the customers who visit us to verify, on the base of their specifications and with their own material, the performances of the HDB Nonwoven equipment.

The available equipment :

• One metering opening and blending line,
• One up-to-date carding unit which flexibility allows, within the shortest period of time, the adaptation to the required configuration,
• One high speed cross lapper,
• One web drafter,
• One pre-needling machine.

A well equipped textile laboratory gives us the possibility to conduct, on the spot, most of the usual tests and, if needed for very special requirements, local Textile Laboratories as CELABOR are able to deliver, within the shortest time, an accurate information and complete documentation.

Also dedicated to the Research and Development of new products, the technical Centre gives us the possibility to keep our product in constant evolution in co-operation with our customers in order to closely follow and even precede the requirements of the Industry.

In addition, it allows the fibre producers to test, in industrial conditions, the materials that will make the nonwovens for the future.
