WOOLLEN RING SPINNING FRAMES Woollen ring spinning frames from HDB are famous all over the World for their performances and their robustness. Whatever the type of drive, either with a convention mechanical headstock or based on the computer controlled MECATRONIC ®, concept, the available range meets completely all the requirements prevailing in this Industry. The range of available ring diameters is from 75 to 180 mm and the tubes height from 360 to 600 mm.

> UNIVERSAL DRAFTING SYSTEMS

The centrifugal jaws false twist tubes (CBP) create a very effective false twist and allow considerable drafts; the pneumatic threading system achieves a very easy and rapid threading of the slubbing.

The Y-shaped false twist device of the CBY frame is particularly simple and convenient for coarse counts.

> AUTOMATISMS

Optionally, the spinning frame can be equipped with automatic Spoolcreeler. A conveyor carries the condenser bobbins to their "reserve" location. The operator can then prepare the slubbings while machine is running.

As soon as the running bobbin reaches a minimum diameter, the frame stops. The replacement of the empty bobbin by the full one is made automatically, the piecing-up being achieved by a compressed air splicing device. The frame can then be re-started after only less than one minute standstill.

Ring spinning frames can also be equipped, optionally, with an integrated Copdoffer. The system achieves the doffing of full cops and their replacement by empty tubes. The tubes are supplied from a magazine by a conveyor located at the top part of the machine. Another conveyor transfers the full cops to a collecting carriage or directly to the preparation station of the winder.

A travelling device ensures the cleaning the under-winding on the spindles.

> RING TWISTING FRAMES

HDB also supplies the ring twisting frames with large rings (140 and 180 mm dia.).

Those machines, manufactured according to the same principles as the spinning frames, form with them a homogenous aggregate. They are mostly used when loose or hard twists are needed and allow to twist together up to 4 ends.

The creel, external to the machine, is designed according to the type of the fed bobbins. The use of ring frames spinning tubes is possible.
